You complete a comprehensive assessment, followed by a focused 30-minute conversation to interpret patterns and priorities. You receive a written summary, a personalized action plan, and a self-guided workbook with practical worksheets to help you move forward independently.

6-Week Health Reset

This program builds on the Health Audit and turns insight into action. Over six weeks, you follow a structured online reset with educational modules, practical frameworks, mini check-ins, and guided reflection. The program concludes with a live group session and a relapse-prevention plan so your progress doesn’t disappear after momentum fades.

Preventive Health Program

A monthly membership for those ready to sustain change. Includes ongoing group calls, community access, workshop benefits, and deeper preventive education through Online Poli sessions. Designed for individuals who want reinforcement, shared insight, and consistent structure to maintain progress long term.

Doctor Sarfina Galon is a medical doctor with a background in preventive health, behavior change, and long-term risk reduction.
